The Trampery is a purpose-led enterprise that provides workspaces and training for businesses; plus advisory services for governments and landowners.
Since 2015 The Trampery has been delivering dedicated support for the fashion sector. Initially through its renowned London Fields workspace, and more recently The Trampery Fish Island Village and Poplar Works where by 2022 it will offer a total of 70,000 square feet of dedicated space for start-up and scale-up fashion businesses with a state-of-the- art campus and mix of affordable workspaces, co-working, manufacturing and showcasing facilities.
In addition to its dedicated workspaces, The Trampery has created a bespoke 6-month learning programme, the Sustainable Fashion Accelerator, to support high growth luxury fashion labels to adopt best practice and address underlying issues whilst reducing the failure rate within this element of the industry; alongside a Fashion Advisory Board specially appointed to guide The Trampery’s long-term strategy in the sector.
The Trampery currently houses and has previously worked with high profile designers, such as Ka Wa Key, Patrick McDowell, Tolu Coker, Robyn Lynch, Daniel w Fletcher, Jonathan Saunders, James Long, Lou Dalton, Bethany Williams, Petit Pli, Samuel Gui Yang, Lone Design Club, Sabinna, and Steven Tai.
Throughout the festival, The Trampery will be running a number of sessions to support emerging designers as well as fashion and fashion-tech start-ups. Located at the British Council, festival attendees will be able to access sessions around sustainability, business development, manufacturing, and more.
