Meet the emerging designers and
fashion brands on Evo Fashion
The first round of Evo Fashion was targeted towards emerging designers and fashion brands, all looking to build their businesses by leading with sustainability.
The 15 successful businesses were selected by a panel of industry experts, and we kicked off the programme with a two-day launchpad event in March.
From March to July, the cohort participated in monthly workshops, peer-to-peer sessions and one-to-one mentoring before rounding off with a showcase.

ANCIELA
ANCIELA is a London-based sustainable luxury womenswear label that celebrates South American folklore and experimental tailoring through the lens of migration and childhood memories. ANCIELA designs with circularity from the beginning of the process, using and applying recycling, upcycling and regenerative techniques, delivering beautifully hand-crafted designs that are friendly to our planet. The brand actively supports diverse Latinx creatives by using fashion to showcase Latin/British culture.
ASMUSS
Asmuss designs clothing that does more for the wearer, the environment and the maker. Creating womenswear where function and fashion meet by using technically intelligent, responsible fabrics and season-less silhouettes. All designs are made in the UK either by a London based social enterprise or by co-founder and designer, Clare.
BEEN LONDON
Named ‘one of the most innovative companies in the world’ by British Vogue, BEEN London is a multi-award winning design studio and accessories brand making versatile, timeless products entirely from discarded materials. By removing virgin materials from the equation, the team behind BEEN London highlight the possibilities of circular approach to design and challenge the way things are made. Bespoke commissions and partnerships include DHL, NETFLIX and TATE.
CLARA CHU
Clara Chu is a London-based multidisciplinary artist and designer whose namesake brand specialises in fashion accessories that redefine the ordinary. Clara’s work uniquely blends everyday domestic mundanity with vibrant pop art, transforming discarded household items like mops, toasters, and toothbrushes into wearable accessories. By merging mass production with hand-craftsmanship, she creates visionary products that challenge conventional fashion norms, advocate for change, and promote awareness about waste through education.
COLECHI
Colèchi is a research agency and collective humanising fashion. Our mission is to action sustainable development in the fashion industry through insight, curation and events. Colèchi developed their Clean Fashion manifesto, believing that by understanding and bringing awareness to the four key areas of the fashion supply chain – sourcing, making, media, afterlife – we can build a transparent and collaborative industry. Colèchi hosts award winning and industry recognised projects, including the Clean Fashion Summit, YKWU (You can Knit With Us) and the Colèchi print journal AGREENCULTURE: Fashion and Farming.
EVERYDAY PHENOMENAL
Everyday Phenomenal is a London based sustainable womenswear brand that combines style and comfort with the philosophy of wellbeing and mindfulness. Everyday Phenomenal offers key wardrobe staples that are well-made, accessible and empower women to feel their best. Each item of clothing is linked to a mindfulness QR code that takes you to the brand’s wellness hub, THE CIRCLE OF FEELING GOOD.
FASHION MEETS MUSIC
Fashion Meets Music is a community interest company that takes up residencies in unused spaces, creating retail and event experiences using creativity as a tool to engage underrepresented communities in enterprise, education and employment. Led by Lizzy Lambie and Dennica Abdo, their work encompasses end-to-end guidance, knowledge and support for individuals or brands ready to take their idea and dream to the next level.
ISLA DE GAR
Isla de Gar is a slow fashion handbag brand, founded by award-winning designer Emma Garner. The pieces are sculptural, tactile, malleable works of art that invite the wearer to be transported to their own idyllic place, where art is to be worn and happiness is infinite. Each bag is made to order and handcrafted in London, with styles including the Hive, the Cocoon, Nest and Squid – all inspired by the natural world.
KYLE HO
Kyle Ho is a luxury menswear brand that aims to take traditional tailoring to new heights. The business model is eco-conscious and made-to-order, operating on a pre-order system to avoid mass production, with each item custom-made. The materials are sourced from local vendors within the UK, supporting local merchants while reducing the carbon footprint.
MIRLA BEANE
Mirla Beane is a truly ethical yet beautiful brand, built from the desire to have wallet-friendly, contemporary clothes without sacrificing ethics or style. Their British-made small production runs ensure that products are unique while being kind to the planet. Mirla Beane uses recycled, natural or organic fabrics, and carefully consider the ethics and origin of everything they use, working with a network of trusted producers that are sustainably and ethically accredited.
NEW STANDARD
London-based footwear brand, NEW STANDARD, believe that sustainable thought and action should be integral to any modern brand – the standard. Every pair of shoes is designed to stand the test of time by employing durable construction techniques, and cause minimal impact through material choice. Their designs have a timeless aesthetic that works with any capsule wardrobe.
OMNISS
OMNISS is an ethical fashion and lifestyle brand founded by Asya Ter-Hovakimyan and Francisco Zhou. They champion transparency in the supply chain, local manufacturing, and collaboration with women-led enterprises and craftsmen in Armenia to preserve the art of making. They design for dreamers, zeitgeists and visionaries, for those who are not afraid to stand out.
PERCY LANGLEY
Percy Langley is a discovery platform for contemporary British design. They sell clothes designed to empower wearer and maker alike. Always ethically made from responsible materials. They are a collective of over 30 independent British designers, united in their desire to produce beautiful clothes ethically, inspired by the style and production heritage of the British Isles. Percy Langley seek to have a positive impact on the lives of the people that make and wear our clothes. They aim to minimise the negative impact of clothing production on the planet, making to order when possible; good things come to those who wait!
POMI AND SEEDS
Pomi and Seeds revolutionises lingerie by offering sustainably made, inclusive, and empowering solutions for women aged 21 to 44 using design thinking, tech and circularity approaches. Our target customers, often time-poor, seek efficient alternatives to the conventional lingerie market. Pomi and Seeds addresses this need with a diverse product line, including lingerie made from sustainable fibres, catering to cup sizes DD+ and up to size 24.
ZERØ LONDON
ZERØ London is an award-winning creator of quality menswear developed using innovative zero waste design techniques. Their products are lovingly designed and made in London, utilising a local supply chain to enable accountability and mitigate carbon impact. At ZERØ London’s core is a commitment to sustainable and responsible business that furthers the UK’s commitment to carbon and net-zero by 2050.
