The Now Work
Laura Hunter and Hannah Phang are the co-founders of The Now Work, a platform originating from their vision of a better approach to work within the sustainability sector. Aiming to provide freelancers in the sustainable industry with access to leading opportunities that can drive positive change in the world. Although The Now Work is currently in beta mode, Laura and Hannah are excited to launch this innovative platform for sustainable work developments. 

Laura’s eight year career in communication, strategy and entrepreneurship in the sustainability sector has consisted of leading multiple teams, working on brands, public campaigns and sustainability strategies for renowned organisations in multiple sectors. In addition to her professional endeavours, Laura is part of the Board of Trustee, a non profit organisation called Futerra Solution Union. 

Hannah is a sustainability communication professional with expertise in design and innovation, creating a positive solution to have a meaningful impact on people, environment and business. She is currently working with metaverse, fashion, beauty and creative education companies, assisting to develop strategies maximizing their impact. Previously, Hannah led marketing and advocacy at Futerra. 

Together, Laura and Hannah are currently driving the vision of The Now Work, aiming to empower freelancers in the sustainable industry and providing work opportunities.
